Community Caregivers Volunteers Will Transport Berne Clients in Town-Owned Van

Directions to our New Office @ 2113 Western Ave

Traveling west on Western Avenue, about ¼ mile west of 155, look for the right hand turn into our driveway just before the light to the Price Chopper Plaza (which is on your left). You will see a sign with our name and also the Foundation of New York State Nurses. The building is set back from Western Avenue . If you pass SEFCU on your left, you’ve gone too far.

Traveling east on Western Avenue, about ¼ mile east of Winding Brook Drive (also the entrance to the YMCA), look for the left hand turn into our driveway just after the light to the Price Chopper Plaza (which is on your right). You will see a sign with our name and also the Foundation of New York State Nurses. The building is set back from Western Avenue . If you pass Walgreen’s (which is on your left), you’ve gone too far.
